FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical devices for detection of wheel rolling friction parameters, namely, for determination of friction and rolling friction coefficients. The device for detection of a friction coefficient between pneumatic wheels and road surface, comprising a vehicle with a metering wheel, a traction rod connected at one side by means of a hinged joint with the frame of the vehicle, on the other side, with the help of a hinged joint - with the upper arm of a double-arm lever installed on the shaft of a metering wheel with the help of rotation, a loader with a shock absorber connected with the upper arm of the double-arm lever, a metering traction rod with a dynamometric device and a length controller, at the same time the metering traction rod with the help of a hinged joint is connected by one end to the lower arm of the double-arm lever, and by the other one - with a support fixed on the traction rod bracket. At the same time the device additionally comprises an electric motor, an accelerometer, a displacement sensor, a computer, at the same time the metering traction rod is arranged in the form of two links connected between each other by means of a hinged joint, at the one side the electric motor and the accelerometer are installed on the metering wheel, at the other side - there is a double-arm lever, which is installed vertically and in the middle part it comprises a crosspiece with a horizontal slot, where a preterminal part of a shaft of square section of the metering wheel is inserted, providing together with elements of fixation to the terminal part of the shaft and the crosspiece for their eccentric connection, in the vehicle cab there is a computer installed, which is electrically connected to an electric motor, an accelerometer and a displacement sensor.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detecting a coefficient of friction between wheels and road surface.
