SUBSTANCE: invention relates to programmable memory elements, methods and devices for reading, recording and programming said elements. The programmer has a register unit, a memory unit, a control unit and a unit for protection from accidental information loss. The unit for protection from accidental information loss has five transistor switches, five resistors, an n-p-n transistor, a p-n-p transistor, a stabilitron, a capacitor, an emf source and Schmitt trigger. Use of the unit for protection from accidental information loss prevents loss of information in the memory unit due to false control signals at the outputs of the control unit when supplying feed voltage, which in turn increases reliability of the programmer.
EFFECT: high reliability of the device.
