FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has logic unit, delay unit, pulse amplifier, phase shifter, pulse distributor, and synchronizer. First output of logic unit is connected to first input of pulse amplifier. Second output of logic unit is connected to second input of delay unit whose output is connected to second input of pulse amplifier. Output of phase shifter is connected to first input of pulse distributor; synchronizer output is connected to second input of pulse distributor whose output is connected to third input of delay unit. Pulse amplifier has two outputs; first output is connected to group of motor MODE 1 optical control triacs and second one, to group of motor MODE 2 triacs. EFFECT: provision for combined braking and restart of motor including determination of transient characteristics by using constant- speed induction drive. 9 dwg
