SUBSTANCE: actuator of an electrical distributing device comprises a handle (6) of manual control of a movable contact (contacts) (4) and a high-speed closing shaft (7), which comprises the first lever (13), operating in connection with an element forming a cam (14) of the handle (6), and at least one second lever (15), operating accordingly in connection with at least one limiter (16). Each limiter (16) is strongly fixed to a movable contact so that the movable contact (contacts) are retained by the second lever (levers) (15) in the start of the manual closure of the handle (6) and that the cam (14) acts at the first lever (13) after above displacement of the handle (6), in order to remove the above blocking of the second lever (levers) (15) on the movable contact (contacts) (4). Such blocking causes high-speed closure of contacts (4, 5).
EFFECT: higher reliability of disengagement kinematics, due to provision of movable contacts disengagement at a controlled distance from fixed contacts and reduced impact at it from industrial variation of part parameters participating in engagement.
