FIELD: physics, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system and method of control over one or several light-emitting elements excited by direct currents for generation of mixed light to be used, for example, in illuminator. Proposed system incorporates one or more light pickups for collecting the data of pickups for optical feedback and user's interface to provided reference data to produce required mixed light. Besides, the system comprises controller to convert either the data of pickups or reference data into coordinate space of the other of said data types and to define the difference between the data of pickups and reference data in said coordinate space. Said controller allows regulating direct currents in operating conditions so that the data of pickups comply with the data of reference point.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
