SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to technologies of remote patient control. System of patient's health monitoring contains measuring device, including measuring unit and connected with body communication unit for sending results of measurement of patient's health parameters, identification device, attached to patient and including communication unit for reception and transmission of measurement results, electronic device for storing in memory patient's identification code and gateway device, containing communication unit for reception of patient measurement results. Connected with body communication units of measuring, identification and gateway devices transmit measurement results using near-field communication based on capacitor connection. Patient's identification code is extracted from storage device to be sent to gateway device simultaneously with measurement results, received by connected with body communication device from connected with body communication device of measuring unit. Measuring unit, which is periodically used by patient, also contains measuring unit for measurement of patient's health parameters and unit of ID reading for reception o patient's identification code, processor combines them into electronic package of storage device. Patient's identification device can also additionally contain connected with body communication unit, which communicates by means of connected with body communication means, with measuring device, which patient approaches or touches. Method of patient's health parameters includes measurement of patient's health parameter by measuring device, transmission of measurement results to worn patient's identification device, made by means of connected with body communication means of near-field communication on the basis of capacitor connection and transmission of measurement results simultaneously with patient's identification code from identification device to gateway device via connected with body means of near-field communication on the basis of capacitor connection. System of health parameter monitoring can be implemented for multitude of patients.
EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to reduce requirements to power supply of monitoring system, increase patients' safety and reliability of their identification.
