FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crushers to be used in mining, chemical and feed industries, etc. Proposed mill consists of two vibrating disc with inner surfaces composed of hollow truncated cones, rectangular cross-section plug-in ribs arranged radially along generating lines. Note here that said vibrating disc are secured on frames. Besides it comprises rotors made up of two revolving discs fitted on one shaft, drive and conical transfer casing. Additionally, proposed mill is equipped with second shaft aligned with the first one to support rotors made up of two revolving discs with grates, two different-diameter vibrating discs, drive and detachable hinge. Inertial vibrator is fitted on every vibrating disc and allows their individual adjustment.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
