FIELD: material grinding technique used in mining and chemical industry, food-processing and other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: mill has two vibrators, rotor and vibrating disk mounted on flexible members. There is annular discharge slit between rotor and vibrating member. Mill is additionally furnished with second vibrating disk, upper and lower frames and conical transfer housing. Rotor consists of two disks mounted on common shaft. Internal surfaces of vibrating disks are made in the form of hollow truncated cones defining two grinding zones and are equipped with detachable rectangular section ribs radially extending along generatrices of hollow truncated cones and rotor disks in equally spaced relation with respect to one another. Vibrating disks are secured on upper and lower frames.
EFFECT: increased grinding efficiency and reduced consumption of power.
