SUBSTANCE: device (1) for preparation of gaseous mixture containing at least one of the following substances: a) at least one ammonia-containing reducing agent, and b) at least one carbamide containing precursor of reducing agent, is described. The above device includes service tank (20) for water solution (45) containing at least one precursor of reducing agent and supplied from service tank with supply device (19) to at least one supply pipeline (2) with outlet opening (3); at that, there provided are means (4) for heating of supply pipeline (2), which allow heating at least one supply pipeline (2) to the temperature that is higher than critical one, which is above 300°C, and exceeds water boiling temperature, and device (1) is made so that during its operation the temperature deviation from average temperature is not more than ±25°C as to length of supply pipeline (2).
EFFECT: providing continuous operation of waste gas neutralisation system.
