FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system is intended for energy conversion of working fluid flow to mechanical energy of output link moving back and forth and working under conditions of considerable loads on actuating (main, power) hydraulic cylinder, and can be used in tin field of hydraulic automation. Hydraulic system includes power hydraulic cylinder, the cavities of which are connected via hydraulic lines through hydraulic valve to power source equipped with safety valve and to drain, electric pressure gauge, as well as sensors of axial movement of stock and angular misalignment of stock of power hydraulic cylinder, which are fixed on its housing and connected to electric amplifier and converter; piston cavity of power hydraulic cylinder is connected to hydraulic valve through electric pressure gauge and on/off hydraulic slide valve with electromagnetic control, which are connected with converter connected to indicator; in addition, on housing of power hydraulic cylinder there installed is spatial position sensor connected through amplifier to converter.
EFFECT: improving reliability of hydraulic system of back-and-forth movement.
