SUBSTANCE: all-weather electric solar water heater includes solar collector, pump, two electric water heaters located one above another and complete with electronic devices; double glass pane with special layer of sprayed silver is installed in housing of solar collector, and tanks with phase transfer substance are fixed on absorbing plate; besides, solar collector is made in the form of either inclined or built-in false window.

EFFECT: invention will alloy reducing the power consumption and providing hot water supply at off-season time and during winter period.
