FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: at least one transmitting station (3, 4) in aircraft (1, 2), the safety of which and/or control of flight of which transmits broadcasting signal (5, 6) that is received at least with one of satellite receiving stations (20) located at some distance from each other, which transmits at least some part of data contained in broadcasting signal (5, 6) to ground check station of satellite system and then to flight safety centre (11) and/or flight control or other organisations. In order to implement wide, preferably global airspace monitoring system with minimum costs and expenses, it is proposed to make at least some part of receiving stations in the form of satellite receiving stations (20). Broadcasting signal (5, 6) sent at least with one transmitting station (3, 4) of aircraft (1, 2), the safety of which and/or flight control of which is provided and received at least with one of satellite receiving stations (20), and at least some part of data contained in broadcasting signal (5, 6) is transmitted via radio channel (21; 25, 27) to ground check point of satellite system and then to flight safety centre (11) and/or flight control or other organisations.
EFFECT: providing the safety of flights and control of flights based on broadcasting signals with worldwide coverage zone, with low costs and expenses; implementing the planning of flight safety and flight control on long-term basis, and therefore, with maximum possible safety and reliability.
