FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: flag streaming in forced manner irrespective of weather and precipitation conditions is fixed on a flagpole. Flagpole with flag streaming in forced manner includes a flagpole with flag supporting device at its upper part. Flagpole is hollow; in upper part of flagpole there made is at least one hole for supply of compressed air in the flag direction, compressed air source and base. Flagpole is made in the form of a telescopic-type hollow pipe consisting of several cylindrical pipes of various diameters. Access doors located in the mechanism access zone are used for maintenance. Height of flagpole depends on number of component parts of its tubes-links and is restricted with weight in the proportion with dimension and weight of its base. Several threaded holes are made in upper flagpole part, and namely at flag location in vertical plane. Head pieces intended to supply air from compressed air source to flag are put on the thread of the above holes. Head pieces can differ from each other as to direction of the outlet opening, which changes the direction of air supply to flag at a angle. Direction of outlet opening of head piece relative to flag can be adjusted by turning the head piece on its thread. Head pieces can be located in vertical direction in series, in parallel, spirally and in staggered order. During flagpole preservation, plugs are installed on head pieces. Shaped branch pipe intended to reduce air flow turbulence is installed in upper part inside flagpole. Flagpole has common connection to flag through one sling of rope having the shape of a closed ring. "П"-frame is stitched inside flag along the edge adjacent to head pieces. At flagpole top there is control system closed with decorative sphere. Flagpole has a fastening lug representing a skeletal structure of cylindrical shape. Flagpole has rotation axis that acts as a load-carrying connecting link through the lug to flagpole proper and its base; in upper part, axis is attached to the fastening lug. Flagpole has rotation gear that is intended to transmit the torque from system of gears (from electric drive) to flagpole. Flagpole base consists of two main components - plate of base and cylinder of base; upper part of plate of base is provided with bearings, which are equally spaced from each other along the plate perimetre. In flagpole there is cylinder of base, which together with plate of base represents a part of the structure, which is intended to fix the flagpole in vertical plane. There is follow-up system located in upper part of flagpole, which includes flow-direction vane, anemorumbometer and humidity sensor. Compressor that supplies compressed air to inner cavity of flagpole is used as compressed air source. There is an electromechanical drive that consists of electric motor with system of gear transmissions and control system unit. Flagpole has two operating conditions - automatic and manual.
