SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed mill industry, in particular, to a method for production of protein-and-vitamin concentrates for piglets. The method is as follows: one thoroughly stirs peas and barley grains, wheat offal, rapeseed press cake, sunflower press cake, milled into particles sized 0.7…1.0 mm, with fish meal, bone meal, yeast, dry milk whey, a premix, chalk and salt and moisturises the produced mixture. The prepared mixture is treated using a single-screw expander, the product temperature before the matrix being 115…125°C and pressure in the expander pre-matrix area equal to 6…7 MPa, at the following content ratio, g per kg: peas - 160.0, barley - 60.0, wheat offal - 40.0, rapeseed press cake - 150.0, sunflower press cake - 210.0, fish meal - 40.0, bone meal - 100.0, yeast - 100.0, dry milk whey - 60.0, premix - 10, chalk - 40.0, salt - 30.0.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance the product quality, balance in terms of nutritive and biological value, improve the product digestibility, enhance production profitability as well as increase farm animals productivity and reduce the quantity of concentrates per the product unit.
