FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: mobile strapping device contains tensioner to apply tension to strapping tape loop, connecting appliance to connect two overlaying tape loop zones, and chargeable energy accumulator for actuating using motor of at least appliance for frictional welding and/or tensioner. Herewith, energy accumulator represents lithium-ion battery for providing with energy the welding appliance, and the device is equipped with actuating element to switch on the motor. The actuating element is made able to be controlled so that tensioner and appliance for frictional welding are actuated in sequence and automatically or separately.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
