SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to strap packaged goods by strapping tape. Device contains tensioner to apply tension to tape loop, appliance for frictional welding to connect two overlaying loop zones, and chargeable accumulator of energy, for instance electrical, mechanical, elastic or potential energy which is to be returned as driving energy for appliances. Herewith, the device contains common drive for tensioner, welding appliance, creation of welding oscillation motion and for transfer device to move it from initial position into welding position.
EFFECT: invention provides convenience of use and control.
