SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction. A gripping device comprises a base, gripping elements and elements of fixation to a weight-lifting cable. On the base there is an eye, where a lever is installed as capable of rotation. The lever is arranged in the form of a rectangular hollow profile, in which there is a hole for installation of a finger fixing the left and right pressing tabs. Each tab comprises a vertical section fixed with the finger and a horizontal section coupled with a profile of the horizontal section of the bottom lining.

EFFECT: even distribution of load is achieved along a profile of a lining sheet, provides for absence of contact stresses and deformations in separate zones.
