FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of structural materials and can be used in making structures and articles from acid-resistant concrete based on ash-slag aggregate and enables efficient use of large-tonnage industrial wastes. The crude mixture for producing acid-resistant ash-slag concrete contains an aggregate and binder which consists of an aluminosilicate component and an alkaline component - liquid glass with silica modulus n=0.9-1.3 and density ρ=1.28-1.41 g/cm3 and produced from ferroalloy wastes - microsilica which contains 10-15 wt % impurities and is characterised by packed density ρn=160-190 kg/m3; the aluminosilicate component consists of 30% field II flue ash obtained from burning brown coal from KATEK at Bratsk TPP-7 and is characterised by packed density ρn=755-775 kg/m3 and 1.5-2.3% residue at sieve No.0008, and 70% waste ash-slag mixture ground to 0.5% residue at sieve No.008 which is obtained from burning brown coal from KATEK at Bratsk TPP-6, characterised by packed density ρn=1150-1180 kg/m3, and the aggregate used is non-ground waste ash-slag mixture consisting of 15.5% waste ash with particle size of 0.315 mm or smaller and 84.5% slag with grain size which is characterised by fineness modulus Mk=3.1, with the following ratio of grains of fractions, %: 10 mm - 10.6; 5 mm - 53.2; 2.5 mm - 10.8; 1.25 mm - 14.9; 0.63 mm - 10.5, and strength according to Dr=12, with the following ratio of components of the crude mixture, wt %: field II ash - 6.2-6.3; said ground ash-slag mixture 14.5-14.7; said liquid glass - 15.8-17.3; said non-ground ash-slag mixture - 62.1-63.25.
EFFECT: high acid-resistance of concrete.
