SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of structural materials and can be used in making structures and articles from concrete based on ash-slag aggregate. The crude mixture for making ash-slag concrete contains an aggregate and binder, which consists of an aluminosilicate component and an alkaline component - liquid glass produced from ferroalloy wastes - microsilica; the aluminosilicate component consists of 80% field I flue ash obtained from burning brown coal from KATEK at TPP and is characterised by packed density ρ_n=850-880 kg/m³ and 6.5-7.0% residue at sieve No.0008, and 20% waste ash-slag mixture ground to 0.15% residue at sieve No.008 which is obtained from burning brown coal from KATEK at TPP and characterised by packed density ρ_n=1200-1250 kg/m³; the liquid glass is used with silica modulus n=1-1.5 and density ρ=1.28-1.39 g/cm³, and the aggregate used is non-ground waste ash-slag mixture consisting of 5% ash with particle size of 0.315 mm and 95% slag with grain size which is characterised by fineness modulus M_k=4, with the following ratio of grains of fractions, %: 2.5 mm - 25.8; 1.25 mm - 35.7; 0.63 mm - 25.3; 0.315 mm - 13.2, moisture content 1-1.5% and crushability strength Dr=15%, with the following ratio of components of the crude mixture, wt %: said field I flue ash - 16.8-17.2; said ground ash-slag mixture - 4.2-4.3; said liquid glass -14.0-16.0; said non-ground ash-slag mixture - 63.2-64.5.
