FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: regulator of the sliver linear density on the textile machinery comprises a pair of control rollers one of which is connected to the sensor change in the linear density (synchro) of the band by the gear transmission connected to the receiving element (synchro) electrically connected to the electric motor of mechanism of the belt movement on the machine conoids, having a plug kinematically connected to the electric motor and a straight guide with the roller pressed to it mounted at an angle to the direction of its movement, which is rigidly connected to the plug, and the roller pressed to the guide is connected to the receiving element by the lever. At that time, the pinion drive of the gear transmission is made spring-loaded, with a patch and a finger, freely mounted on an eccentric axis connected to it through the adjusting screw by the washer rigidly mounted on it, as well as with the limiter with the ability to rest on the fixed part of the regulator housing, and the synchro shaft with a driven gear wheel comprises a gear wheel target of synchro which is spring-loaded to the patch of the pinion drive.
EFFECT: invention enables to improve the reliability of operation of the regulator mechanism, and accuracy of regulation to improve the quality of generated sliver.
