SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for wood plain grinders. Proposed machine comprises housing with support wheels and handle, motor engaged with toothed belt, grinding wheels and dust collector with dust aspirator. Dust guard is arranged at housing bottom to stay in contact with machined surface. Grinding wheels are fitted on pulleys arranged on axially rotating suspension to be driven by friction with the help of said suspension. Every grinding wheel is made up of rigid radial-shape plate supporting soft-material plates secured thereon. Plates have recesses at their centers to mount abrasive tool. Every pulley serves to transmit rotation to grinding wheel via toothed belt from gear pulley coupled with motor by means of flat.
