FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: device is made in the form of a flexible water- and oil-tight cloth 2. The cloth 2 covers the surface of the river trench transition 3 of the main oil pipeline 4. And the cloth 2 is pressed against the ground 1 with the sinkers 5. In the flow direction the cloth 2 is bent in the lower part. The width of the cloth bending 2 is greater than the height of topographic inequalities of the bottom. Shoreward from the average part of the cloth 2 the width of the bending increases. At the ends of the cloth 2 the sleeves 6 are provided, from which oil can be pumped to onshore storage facilities.
EFFECT: habitat of oil is provided in the vicinity of the emergency facility, and the ability to collect it in a confined space.
