And the linen 3 is pressed to the ground 4 by weights 5. Along the center of the linen 3 in the direction of the coast the pockets 6 are made. Height of the pockets 6 is increased towards the coastal areas. At the ends of the pockets 6 the sleeves 7 are provided passing to the water surface.
EFFECT: localisation of oil in close vicinity to the emergency facility is provided, as well as the ability to collect it in a confined space.
