FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind-driven power plant refers to wind power engineering, and namely to wind-driven power plants with guide vanes converting the air flow energy, and can be used for generating both mechanical, and electrical energy. Wind-driven power plant includes flow accelerator made in the form of guide elements, inside which rotor with blades is installed on vertical axis. Guide elements have the shape of one fourth of a hollow cylinder and are rigidly attached to each other by means of a rod put on axis with possibility of free rotation about it; at that, guide elements are located on ends of rod with their concave surface to the axis with possibility of free rotation about rotor. Rotation axis divides the rod into two parts in the ratio of 1 : 2; at that, larger part of the rod is bent in the middle at an angle of 135°. Guide elements have stabilisers, which are parallel installed on each vertical side of guide elements; stabilisers are directed at a tangent to surface of guide elements on one side, and are perpendicular to their surface on the other side.
EFFECT: increasing wind energy usage coefficient at simplifying the design of wind-driven power plant.
