SUBSTANCE: DC voltage stabiliser is proposed, which comprises a composite controlling element, serially connected into a power bus, a source of reference voltage connected in parallel to input leads, and also an output capacitor and an output voltage divider connected in parallel to output leads, and the output voltage divider is connected with its output to a base of a transistor of the first cascade of a mismatch amplifier, the emitter of which connected to the first leads of a resistor and a stabilitron, at the same time the second output of the resistor is connected to the common output, the second lead of the stabilitron - to the output lead, and the collector via a dividing diode - to the collector resistor and the emitter of the transistor of the second cascade of the mismatch amplifier, the base of which via the resistor is connected to the output of the reference voltage source, and the collector - to the control input of the controlling element, and also a resistor and a diode, at the same time the protective transistor is introduced with the same type of conductivity as the controlling transistor, the emitter-collector transition of the protective transistor shunts the stabilitron of the reference voltage source, and the base via serially connected resistor and diode is connected to the output lead.
EFFECT: increased reliability of a voltage stabiliser due to reduced capacity of controlling transistor dispersion.
