SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in various power devices for electronic equipment. The voltage stabilizer comprises a control element, a reference voltage source, an output capacitor, an output voltage divider, the first stage of the mismatch amplifier, a separating diode, the second stage of the mismatch amplifier, a protection unit. The regulating element comprises a resistor, an MIS transistor with an induced p-type channel. The reference voltage source comprises two resistors controlled by a programmable stabilitron. The output voltage divider comprises three resistors, one of which is variable. The first stage of the mismatch amplifier comprises a stabilitron, a resistor, a p-n-p-type bipolar transistor. The second stage of the mismatch amplifier comprises a resistor, an n-p-n-type bipolar transistor, a p-n-p-type bipolar transistor. The protection unit comprises two resistors, a capacitor, a diode, a field-effect transistor with a control pn-junction and an n-type channel.
