FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes thermal concentrator consisting of parallel metal plates connected by means of n heat-conducting plates to the applied layer of heat-insulating material; the first and the second temperature sensors to measure the temperature difference on parallel metal plates, which occurs as a result of heat release at cycling of accumulator. Temperature stabilisation and heat removal is performed by means of thermoelement operating based on Peltier effect. Excess of released heat on hot side of thermoelement is removed with process heat carrier that is pumped through heat exchanger.
EFFECT: improving measurement accuracy of heat release power of accumulator and quick action of the device; temperature equalisation across the contact surface area of accumulator and thermal concentrator.
