SUBSTANCE: the solar collector, having a heat-insulated body, accommodates in the upper part a plate of a set of lens concentrators with a heat absorber located under them in the focal plane, the heat absorber consists of a heat absorbing surface, according to the invention, the heat absorbing surface has a convexo-concave shape, it consists of concave cells and repeats the three-dimensional curve described by the focal point of each lens in accordance with the position of the Sun during the day-light hours and Solar declination and is positioned at distance H from the lenses determined from relation and sufficient for protection of the latters against the thermal action of the heat absorbing surface; the body is provided with a spherical translucent enclosure installed above the lenses, and is vacuum-treated and filled with gas, whose range of molecule free path is minimum, where R-radius of lens curvature; n-index of light refraction of lens material. A cavity for delivery and discharge of the high-temperature heat-transfer agent taking the power of the solar collector may be positioned in the collector under the heat absorbing surface of the heat absorber, the heat absorbing surface may also serve as a heat conductor.
