SUBSTANCE: device comprises a rigid traction rod and an accessory for fixation of the traction rod to wires, at the same time the accessory is a convex spring with two stable working conditions, which is installed between each wire and the end of the traction rod and is connected to the latter by its central part with the help of a cylindrical joint. At the same time ends of the spring are freely inserted into disc slots arranged along chords, which are freely placed onto wires, besides, springs may not fall out of slots due to pins fixed on the protruding ends of the springs.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of icing deposits discharge off wires and scattering of energy of their oscillations, simplified design and its increased reliability.
