SUBSTANCE: line is equipped with a facility of anti-icing protection, including movable elements (2) installed on a wire (1) for mechanical removal of deposits, made in the form of a system of closed frames of extended elliptical shape, freely placed onto a wire and hanging down. The frame is bent from a section of an elastic fluoroplast insulation for wires. The cavity (3) of each tube is partially filled with ferromagnetic powder (4). Ends of each tube are inserted into each other, connected with a layer (5) of mastic and joined in the middle part of the sides with an elastic thread (6).
