SUBSTANCE: invention relates to home processing with temperature and smoke of products. Household grill-smoker comprises a sealed housing, inside which there are heating elements, trays for wood chip, a pallet and grates for products. The sealed housing is connected by pipeline to additional sealed housing with double walls, cooled by tap water. At that in the inner wall of the additional housing an overpressure valve is mounted that provides a partial discharge of excess pressure generated by vapor-gas medium, from the additional housing to the stream water.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a household grill-smoker which enables to reduce power consumption.
