SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electrical connection system for furniture drives mounted on furniture items modules at an angle to each other, each of which comprises a furniture element mounted with the ability to move relative to the module and actuated by the furniture drive. The claimed electrical connection system comprises for each of the modules one electrical distributor electrically connected to at least one furniture drive mounted on the module, and the electrical distributors mounted on the adjacent modules are electrically connected with each other to transmit the control signals. Each electrical connector is equipped with an electronic control unit designed for controlling the furniture drives, which is designed in such a way that excludes the possibility of simultaneous actuation of furniture elements which trajectories intersect. In addition, the invention provides an angular furniture item and method of blocking the furniture drives.
