FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to removing acid components from liquid hydrocarbons. Proposed plant comprises hydrocarbons feed pipeline, fractional distillation tower with bottom separated liquid flow discharge outlet and top gas discharge outlet communicated with refrigerator the outlet of which is connected with reflux tank with had and fluid outlets communicated with tower top, membrane unit, and tower bottom heater. Feed pipeline is connected with pipeline communicating tower gas discharge outlet with refrigerator and with pipeline communicating pump with tower top. Besides, proposed plant comprises hydrocarbon extraction tower with bottom gas flow inlet and acid gas discharge outlet as well as bottom liquid hydrocarbon outlet. Gas flow inlet communicates with gas outlet from reflux tank, acid gas outlet communicates with membrane unit, liquid hydrocarbon outlet is communicated via pump with fractional distillation tower. Hydrocarbon extraction tower top has built-in refrigerator connected with coolant source.
EFFECT: stable operation in preset conditions, reduced ethane losses, lower costs.
