FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for producing helium from low-calorie mixtures of non-flammable gases with hydrocarbons and can be used in gas industry. Disclosed is an apparatus which includes a demethanizer, a helium concentrate extracting column, a refrigerating machine, four heat exchangers, separators, a refrigerator, a vacuum pump, a compressor, a catalytic hydrogen oxidation reactor, an adsorption drying unit, a membrane unit, a short-cycle adsorption unit, as well as reducing devices. Demetanizer is equipped with upper and lower heat and mass exchange sections in the reinforcing part and a heater in the stripping part connected to the raw gas line before and after the first recuperative heat exchanger. Bottom of demethanizer is equipped with a line for outputting fraction of hydrocarbons C1+, and upper - with a line for outputting mixture of non-flammable gases, on which there arranged in series are a second recuperative heat exchanger, abutment of the retentate supply line and the helium concentrate extraction column equipped with an upper heat-mass transfer section in the reinforcing part and a heater in the stripping part, which is connected to the outlet line of the incombustible gases mixture before and after the second recuperative heat exchanger. Column top is equipped with a helium concentrate discharge line, and the column bottom is equipped with a nitrogen discharge line depleted of helium.
EFFECT: simplified installation, increased output of hydrocarbons C1+ and production of helium of high purity.
