FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical, petrochemical industries and medicine and may be used in agricultural wastes and effluents treatment. Activator comprises built-in flow energiser made up of several parallel rectangular plates that make through channels aligned with flow direction and distributed over activator cross-section. Some plates, next by one, are mounted to reciprocate and connected with electromagnetic drive. Besides, other plates may also be mounted like the former plates and coupled with said drive.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency.
