FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed aerosol generator comprises casing, drive shaft, sprayer, dielectric impeller with disc fitted on bottom end and secured jointly with sprayer on drive shaft, and fluid feed branch pipe. Note here that said sprayer is composed of conical bowl while disc is provided with holes to feed air to impeller. Note also that HV electrode is secured in impeller side surface.
EFFECT: fine and uniform-size highly charged aerosol.
