FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates tires for passenger transport facilities. Tire comprises two beads 20, two side strips conceded in crown, and at least one carcass reinforcement 60 extending from beads via side strip to crown. Carcass reinforcement is secured in two beads by wrapping around circular reinforcing structure 70 so that inlet part 61 and wrapping part 62 are formed in every bead. Every bead comprises filler 110 and outer band 120 arranged axially outside both carcass reinforcement and bead filler. Outer band 120 is made from rubber compound with elasticity modulus G' smaller than or equal to 15 MPa and modulus of viscosity G'' that makes G"[MPa]≤0.2G'[MPa]-0.2 MPa. Note here that both said moduli are measured at 23°C.
EFFECT: decreased tire rolling resistance.
