FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves the following steps: putting crystalline hexogene into a matrix; analysing a sample of the matrix loaded with crystalline hexogene by differential scanning calorimetry; wherein the matrix mainly consists of at least one liquid polymer which is suitable for obtaining binder for energy-yielding materials loaded with nitrated organic explosives and at least one adsorbent of volatile organic compounds which is resistant to analysis temperature and has low affinity for water. The invention also relates to a matrix loaded with crystalline hexogene which is suitable for realising this method.
EFFECT: invention enables to accurately identify the nature of regular hexogene from insensitive hexogene.
