FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: oil extraction method involves one or more membranes to remove silicon oxide and/or oil from associated water. One of the versions of the above method consists in extraction of oil-water mixture from the well. Oil is separated from oil-water mixture so that oil product and associated water containing silicon oxide dissolved in it are obtained. Crystallising reagent is mixed with associated water so that crystals are obtained in associated water and dissolved silicon oxide is deposited. Associated water containing the deposited silicon oxide is supplied to ceramic membrane. Associated water is filtered by means of ceramic membrane and filtrate flow is obtained. Filtrate flow is supplied to steam generator and steam is generated. Steam is pumped to injection hole, thus initiating the formation of oil-water mixture.
EFFECT: increasing cleaning efficiency of associated water and production rate.
