SUBSTANCE: refrigerating unit with a ventilation unit comprises a ventilation element with a motor driving an impeller and a frame. The frame forms a compartment for a ventilation element, which comprises at least one guide element, with the help of which the ventilation element may be pushed into the compartment and is retained with the guide element inside the compartment, at least without a clearance.

EFFECT: using this invention makes it possible to create a ventilation unit, which will comprise small quantity of assemblies and differ by assembly simplicity.
