SUBSTANCE: household appliance, in particular a household refrigerating appliance, comprises a housing with an outer shell which is made of sheet material, and an engine compartment, allocated in the appliance housing and designed for mounting the machine components, at least one element. The element is latched on at least one edge of the outer shell. The outer shell comprises a wall panel. The wall panel and the element form a cavity.
EFFECT: use of the present invention enables to create the appliance housing with minimal costs.
