SUBSTANCE: device to manufacture a refrigerating unit, which comprises a reservoir and a pipe wound onto the reservoir in a spiral manner, which carries a coolant, a holder for the reservoir, and a device for pipe laying onto the external side of the reservoir. The holder comprises a rotary shaft, which may change its position so that in process of rotary shaft displacement between the device for pipe laying onto the external side of the reservoir and the external side of the reservoir practically nothing changes. The refrigerating unit with a reservoir cooled by the coolant, onto which a pipe is wound in a spiral manner. The reservoir is made of plastic, the metal tape is wound along a spiral onto the external surface of the reservoir and is glued to it, and the pipe that carries the coolant is laid in a spiral manner onto the metal tape and is glued to it.

EFFECT: using this group of inventions makes it possible to provide for the time of pipe winding onto a reservoir, which is made of cheaper materials.
