FIELD: manufacture of polymer pipes reinforced with strengthening framework for handling gaseous and liquid media, pulps including aggressive media at high pressure and considerable temperature differentials. SUBSTANCE: proposed reinforced polymer pipe includes reinforcing member located in monolithic polymer block made from high-modulus filaments or cords containing at least two layers of longitudinal and transversal reinforcement at shift of each subsequent layer relative to previous one by amount multiple of pitch of elements in layer divided by number of similar layers; transversal rods of reinforcement of adjacent layers have different diameters of winding in thickness of pipe wall and longitudinal rods are zigzag in shape beginning with second layer. Method of manufacture of polymer pipe includes placing longitudinal rods of first layer of reinforcement on external surface of preliminarily molded envelope of pipe after which transversal rods of reinforcement are wound. Subsequent layers of rods of transversal and longitudinal reinforcement are laid at shift of each subsequent similar layer relative to previous one by amount multiple of pitch of elements in layer divided by number of similar layers; transversal rods are wound at tension; first layer of rods of longitudinal reinforcement is fixed relative to external surface of inner polymer layer and longitudinal rods are bent beginning with second layer between turns of adjacent layers of transversal rods which are fixed relative to each other. Device proposed for realization of this method includes unit for forming inner polymer envelope before unit laying first layer of longitudinal rods of reinforcement; said envelope is used as mandrel; number of laying units of longitudinal and transversal rods of reinforcement is no less than two; each laying unit of transversal rods of reinforcement is provided with tensioner. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. 5 cl, 7 dwg
