FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises preparing oxidiser by mixing and averaging its fractions, preparing propellant including explosive, making charges by filling propellant mass into molds assembled with armored jackets from rubber-like material based on nitrile rubber, heat-conducting elements and glue composition of armored jacket inner surface, curing, pressing-out, and flaw detection of charges. Note here that pre-assemble heat-conducting elements are secured in armored jacket proper after glue drying. Note here that polymer base of propellant and glue composition represent nitrile rubber with end carboxyl groups.
EFFECT: semiautomatic production, optimum design, processing and operating parameters, higher safety.
