FIELD: rocked fuels.
SUBSTANCE: invention provides a method for manufacturing removable armored solid mixed propellant charge comprising mixing propellant components to give viscous liquid fuel mass, forming charge by filling metallic mold with above fuel mass, hardening charge, and removing charge from mold. Thus obtained charge is subjected to mechanical treatment and then armored by placing charge in armoring mold and filling gape between charge and mold wall with liquid armoring composition. The latter is then solidified and cooled, after which armored charge is cooled and removed from armoring mold. More particularly, charge is molded in the form of single-or multiple-channel cartridge, which is armored over the surface except channel surface, and filling is carried out beginning from the lower end of cartridge. Armoring composition contains dian epoxide resin as binder, aliphatic epoxide resin as modifier, polyester as plasticizer, adduct as hardener, kaolin as filler, resorcinol as curing accelerator, and polymethylsiloxane liquid as deaeration and foam-suppression additive.
EFFECT: increased adhesion strength, heat-protection ability, and solidity of armoring coating.
