FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: formation hydraulic fracturing is performed, during which viscous gel is pumped to the formation. Electrical action on the formation area, to which viscous gel is pumped, is performed; this allows possible destruction of viscous gel owing to electrokinetic phenomena - electroosmosis or electrophoresis, with reduction of gel viscosity to water viscosity.
EFFECT: improving reliability and intensification efficiency of fluid inflow to the well; increasing the speed of those operations with simultaneous reduction risk of their incorrect performance; cost reduction.
