SUBSTANCE: automated communication system comprises a control panel with a PC and software, a station of information collection and transfer, M underground wire communication channels. At the same time each communication channels includes a safety rope, the first and second transceivers, arranged at the ends of the safety rope, every of which comprises an antenna made in the form of a metal rod coated with a layer of dielectric. The safety rope is made in the form of woven nylon threads and a multi-strand metal conductor coated with a layer of dielectric. Transceivers may be galvanically connected to a multi-strand metal conductor of the safety rope, or may not have galvanic contact with a multi-strand metal conductor.

EFFECT: higher safety of salvage operations in emergency conditions.
