FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio systems and network technologies and can be used in underground workings as an automated mine telecommunications and mine's background environment monitoring system, including for timely warning of danger. System contains command center control unit on the surface of the mine, and in the underground it contains a wireless sensor network consisting of computational-switching radio devices-repeaters, the number of which in the set depends on the length of the controlled working. System additionally contains an underground automated control center with an expert system connected to the ground control unit of the command center by a data transmission cable and to the wireless sensor network via a radio link, wireless communication routers included in the controllers of both individual miners' devices and mobile robotic platforms are used as radio repeaters, block of environmental sensors and a video camera are connected to the inputs / outputs of each controller to monitor the mine situation and the location of the miners in real time.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the reliability and automation of the monitoring system and telemetry data transmission for timely notification of miners about possible threats to life and health.
