SUBSTANCE: method is realised by using a SL to receive tone frequency channel/digital channels (TFC/DC), radio channels, digital streams, electronic crosses of analogue and digital channels, two cable leads for connecting lines and channels, a second tonal frequency signal converter (TF SC), a tonal frequency radio channel signal converter (TFR SC), a second separate and group encryptor, an automated RMA, a combined multiplexer, a switching cryptographic router, an external control device, a LAN switch, a dial system and local battery system TA, a service line switching unit, a communication panel for the driver and a VHF radio station, as well as changes in connections between known units, which enabled to achieve the stated objective.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities on providing subscribers with different communication services, including transmission through a speech and fax message station, high speed of document and video information the required quality.
