SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for operation in a radial-node communication network as a hub or terminal equipment room with the ability to organize radio, radio relay, satellite, wireline communication lines and radio access to them for various ministries and departments. The technical result is to increase the throughput and protection of transmitted information in a complex hardware communications and radio access system. The mentioned technical result is achieved by the fact that in a complex hardware communication and radio access system, containing a wide-band radio station with two short-wave (HF) and ultra-short wave (VHF) antennas, a digital radio relay station with antennas mounted on a mast, a satellite communications station with an antenna system, a unit channel switching, switching cryptographic router, dispatcher automated workstation (AWS) equipped on the basis of a laptop computer, operational telephone exchange, telephone operator workstation unit equipped on the basis of a laptop computer, individual information encryption unit, high-speed information encryption unit, navigation GLONASS/GPS receiver with antenna, remote operator's workstation, VHF radio station for official communication with VHF antenna, two cable entry units, telephone subscriber lines (AL), fiber-optic communication line (FOCL) for data exchange with external data transmission devices, wired lines for organizing communication directions using xDSL technology, trunk lines for receiving Ethernet channels and trunk lines for connecting an external workstation, a dual-band satellite communication station with an antenna system was additionally introduced, an antenna was additionally introduced into the wide-band radio station of decimeter wave range (UHF), n portable radio stations with built-in antennas, a second unit of individual information encryption, four-channel data transmission equipment, a data transmission equipment operator's workstation (DTE), equipped on the basis of a laptop computer, internal communication and switching equipment (ICSE), n ICSE subscriber control panels, a video conferencing unit, an automated workstation for a radiotelephone operator, equipped on the basis of a laptop computer, an automated workstation for a mechanic for servicing equipment in the control room, equipped on the basis of a laptop computer, and the remote operator's DTE has an Ethernet switch, an optical media converter, a switching cryptographic router, a laptop computer, a low-capacity mobile automatic telephone exchange (PBX) and an automatic telephone system telephones.

EFFECT: increase in the throughput and protection of transmitted information in a complex hardware communications and radio access system.
